How we collect data

1. Official municipal sites are crawled weekly; page text and PDFs are fetched.
2. AI only assigns quotations. It never writes amounts or dates.
3. Numbers and dates are extracted from the quotations mechanically.
4. Only items where two independent readings agree are published.

Verification (five gates)

An item is published only when it has a quotation, two readings agree, the format is valid, there is no contradiction, and the program name matches the official page. Items that fail say “See the official page”.

Our crawler

User-Agent “HojokinDB-Bot” respects robots.txt and waits at least one second between requests to the same site.
