Pipeline

Discover → fetch → extract → five gates → match → write → report. AI reads each page twice in different orders; only agreeing items are published.

Five gates

• Quotation exists in the page or PDF
• Two readings agree
• Format is valid (integer yen, fixed date format)
• No contradictions (caps, date order)
• Program name and issuer match the official page

Freshness

Content older than one year since the last verification is flagged for re-checking. Changes are detected weekly by comparing body text only.
