Who is eligible
- 昭和５６年５月３１日以前に建築、工事に着手した非木造住宅（ﾏﾝｼｮﾝを除く）
- Is値0.6未満又はｑ値1.0未満のものを全階においてIs値0.6以上かつｑ値1.0以上 となる補強計画の作成をするもの
- 補強計画に基づき耐震補強工事の実施を予定するもの
